1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Aditis ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Aditis is an advanced prediction market trading platform that enables users to trade custom baskets across Polymarket and Kalshi with real-time price tracking and portfolio management. The Platform provides tools and interfaces for:

• Creating and managing custom market baskets
• Executing trades on prediction markets
• Tracking portfolio performance and profit/loss
• Accessing market data and analytics

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. API Keys and Third-Party Services

The Platform requires you to provide API keys for Polymarket and/or Kalshi to execute trades. You agree to:

• Keep your API keys secure and confidential
• Not share your API keys with third parties
• Accept responsibility for all trades executed using your API keys
• Comply with the terms of service of Polymarket and Kalshi

Aditis does not store your API keys in plaintext and uses industry-standard encryption. However, you are solely responsible for the security of your API keys.

5. Trading and Financial Risks

Prediction market trading involves substantial risk of loss. You acknowledge that:

• All trading decisions are made at your own discretion and risk
• Past performance is not indicative of future results
• You may lose some or all of your invested capital
• Aditis does not provide investment advice or recommendations
• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
• Use automated systems to access the Platform without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Aditis and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aditis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Platform.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aditis and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aditis operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
